The historic acoustic recordings
of Eddie King and Johnny Dean
have begun to be followed later
with a live CD of both acoustic
and electric material. These
cuts are Eddie and Johnny
fooling around in the studio like
they have done going back many
years for the W.C. Handy award
winning LP, Another Cow's Dead.
Eddie and Johnny are joined by
St. Louis native, Phil Sheppard
on harmonica. These rare, live
tracks nor any others from this
session will not be released on
CD. Johnny will be using a
Dobro and other instruments as
well as vocals and Eddie will be
singing songs going back to his
very deep roots since he was on
radio at the age of 5 throughout
the South. Listen for Eddie King
and Johnny Dean on your local
blues station or a venue near
you soon!!
